This monthly online practice aims to provide you with time to shift from feeling overwhelmed to a more connected, compassionate and nourished place from within, where you can take small steps to keep moving forward, and take care of your needs during challenging times.

  • Anything special to you, to signify this time and create a nurturing ritual - Herbal tea, Incense, crystals, candles, a plant ally.

FAQs

What is somatic coaching? Somatic coaching is a body-based approach that supports awareness, regulation, stability and self-connection by listening to the wisdom of the nervous system, sensations and felt experience, not just the thinking mind. Somatic Coaching focuses on an individuals abilities, potential and desires, and provides a container to help you understand your current default behaviours and learn to step into a new way of being or desired behaviours; whether that's more nourishment, self-expression, or embodying more joy, inner power, or something else entirely. You get to decide.

Do I need experience with somatic practices, yoga or creativity? No experience is needed. All practices are guided gently and can be adapted to your body, energy levels and needs. You’re always invited to go at your own pace and explore what would feel right for you.

Is this therapy? No, this is not therapy. It is a trauma-informed, body-based coaching and group practice that can complement therapy or be supportive on its own. Nothing is forced or emotionally invasive.

Is this suitable if I experience anxiety or overwhelm? Yes. This monthly somatic reset ritual is designed specifically for people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out or disconnected from their body, and would benefit from a gentle, non-pushy form of support.

Is the Somatic Reset Ritual online? Yes. The Somatic Reset Ritual takes place online, making it accessible wherever you’re based. It's also recorded if you can't make it live. I encourage you to create a cosy ritual space at home, that you return to each month to help you to be more intentional with these sessions.

Purchase the Guidebook Only

When you sign up to the online session, the guidebook is included, however if you can't make the live sessions, you can purchase the guidebook separately and work through at your own pace each month.
