This workshop was ran on a beautiful sunny day in July 2021. Myself and Becky from Present Moment Meditation collaborated on this workshop, that took place in the absolutely stunning Martineau Gardens. The aim was to provide you with the opportunity to find inner peace, calm and creativity through meditation, gentle movement and mindful art.

Art can be a form of meditation; focusing on one point for an extended period of time, which can help to quieten the mind and calm the nervous system. Spending time in nature has the same effect and Becky and I hope that this outdoor session will give you time away from your usual responsibilities.
This Workshop Included:
Around 3 Meditation practices.
Gentle Yoga Practice - Suitable for beginners & seniors.
Mindful Art (Art Materials will be provided).
