I believe we are all creative in some way!

As Children, our imaginations run wild, but as we get older we forget how to tap into that imagination and create stuff just for the fun of it. We get bogged down by the realities of life or by the 'I can't do that', 'I'm not good' or 'I don't have the time'.

Taking time to do something creative can have a really positive impact on your mental health and overall outlook on life. I'm no expert but I am learning how being creative can support our wellbeing. First and foremost, I'm an artist, but I know how content and relaxed I am when lost in a painting. That might be the same for you but with knitting, flower arranging or dancing!
