Life can be complicated and gritty at times. There is no one answer or solution to struggles and we often need a variety of support around us, to help us through challenging times.

If you aren't sure what you need help with, please do reach out so we can have a chat and I can point you in the right direction, which may include working with me in some capacity, or being referred to another service.

If you feel you are in a Mental Health crisis or emergency and are a danger to yourself or others, please call 111 or 999.
You can also find an urgent mental health helpline through the NHS website, or visit your local A&E.

You can also reach out to your own GP or mental health services for advice on options. 

 (116 123) operates a 24-hour service available every day of the year. Contact them if you are struggling or you're worried about someone else. You can also email Samaritans at

(0300 123 3393) is a charity providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Age UK Birmingham (Information and Advice: 0121 437 0479) provide advice and support to older people and their carers.

Better Help ( Online professional therapy which is accessible, affordable, and convenient.
