SATURDAY MORNING SUMMER YOGA

A slow paced Yoga practice in the beautiful Yoga Hart Studio in Harborne.
​
My classes are supportive, encouraging and creative! I like to offer multiple options / variations that vary from gentle to slightly more challenging, so you get to choose depending on how you feel on the day!
Yoga Asana can help to increase strength, improve mobility, posture & balance whilst helping
to focus the mind and clear it from the unnecessary chatter.
The practice starts in Savasana, lying down on the floor to give you the opportunity to relax, arrive in the space and connect to your breath. We move into a reclined warm up and slowly make our way towards standing postures before winding back down to Savasana, for final relaxation and to help soak up the benefits of the practice.
We move slowly and I encourage the use of props such as blocks and blankets, to support your body.
Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Meditation & embracing a Yogic Lifestyle are all included.

PLEASE READ THE T&C's BEFORE BOOKING.
Sessions are run on a block booking basis to provide consistency for both the practitioner and teacher. You can get the dates in your diary and make a commitment to your practice and for the teacher this provides financial stability so that the classes can continue to run.
With this in mind, there are no refunds, discounts or crossovers for any sessions that are missed in the block booking, however you are sent a recording of a class to do at home.
