Gentle Hatha style Yoga classes perfect for those looking for a slower paced yoga practice or are new to Yoga. Suitable for Beginners, Seniors and Pregnant people (medical approval & Yoga experience required)

FLOW
YOGA FLOW

A faster paced, upbeat & creative style Yoga class, linking breath with movement and exploring a variety of Yoga postures as part of a moving meditation. Classes include focus on strength, stamina, balance and flexibility as well as pranayama (breathing techniques) and Yoga Philosophy. 

TWO FOR £14

Purchase a two class pass for £14.

You will be given a code which can then be used to book into your Online Gentle Yoga or Flow Yoga Class. 

10 CLASS PASS

Purchase a 10 class pass for £65, which can be used on any of the above Online Yoga Classes.

Must be used within 12 weeks.

ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

  • You must pre-book and pay for your Online Yoga class upfront via the online booking system.

  • You will be sent a Zoom Meeting link to join the class. Please make sure you have Zoom installed, along with internet connection and working audio and video. 

  • Payment must be made for each individual who joins the online class. For example, two people in one household must both have booked and paid for the class separately.

  • Each person is required to complete a health questionnaire before their first class.

  • If you have any injuries or medical conditions please make sure you are cleared buy your Doctor / GP to join in with physical activity such as Yoga. Please let us know of any conditions that you may have which could affect your practice, prior to joining the class.

  • Sophie must be able to clearly see you on the screen so set your camera up in a way that shows you on your mat, whilst making sure that you can also see and hear the teacher on the screen.

  • Make sure your practice space is clear and safe. Move any dangerous objects out of the way.

  • During Yoga Nidra or relaxation, please do not unmute yourself and speak as this can be very disturbing for the other practitioners. If you have any issues, use the chat box or send me a text message.

  • Check your internet connection, camera and audio facilities to get the best experience out of our online Yoga practice.

  • Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and have your space set up before you join the class, along with any blocks, blankets for under the knees and a strap. If you don't have props - use your imagination, a sturdy book instead of a block, a scarf instead of a strap or blanket.

  • Remember to always listen to your body and work within your own limitations. If you experience pain at any time, please come out of the position you are in or adjust yourself accordingly. 

  • Please remember that this type of practice is very different to a face to face, studio class. There will be no adjustments however Sophie will do her best to provide options and modifications during the practice. Take the option that feels best for you. 

  • All participants take part in classes at their own risk. Whilst we take reasonable steps to make the classes safe, Sophie Rey accepts no liability for any injury or damage suffered by any participant or any other person in a class. You are fully responsible for your own health and safety during any online sessions that you participate in with Sophie (this includes both Live and Pre-Recorded material.)  

  • Sophie's own Yoga sessions (not Studio classes) may be recorded for safety, insurance and marketing purposes.

  • Participating in Sophie's online classes requires you to use the 'Zoom' app. Please refer to Zooms individual GDPR guidelines. 

  • KIDS YOGA ONLINE - Parents / Guardians are responsible for the health and safety of their children during these online sessions. Sophie will do her best to provide options and conduct a safe and responsible class.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - You are within your right to cancel any booking with Sophie Rey however please adhere to the following rules;

  • Firstly, please try to reschedule your class booking to another session where possible. Contact me if you need assistance with this.

  • If this isn't possible, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the start of the class to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after this time are not refundable. 

  • If you are unable to attend on the day due to illness or other, unfortunately refunds will not be available.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS

  • You must pre-book your space for the workshop.

  • Cost of the workshop is per person. Members of the same household must both register and pay for the event.

  • You will receive a Zoom link to your emails upon booking. If you haven't received it, check your junk. Move the email across to your inbox to ensure the links work.

  • Make sure your practice space is clear and safe. Move any dangerous objects out of the way.

  • Make sure your space is ready to go, with all equipment that you need.

  • Check your internet connection, camera and audio facilities to get the best experience out of our online event.

  • During Yoga Nidra, please do not unmute yourself and speak as this can be very disturbing for the other practitioners.
